DEFINITIONS JOYSTICK

  The joystick is a device (hardware) computer, and understanding of computer hardware (hardware) itself is the equipment of the computer system that physically we can see and translations.Joystick or in Indonesian called the control lever is in the form of computer input devices lever that can move in any direction. This tool can transmit direction for two or three dimensions to a computer.

HISTORY JOYSTICK

    Joystick "began to be known in the 20th century-an at the time the name meant a stick joystick control aircraft. Later developed into a tool elektrik.2 joystick-axis joystick found around the year 1944 in Germany. This tool was developed to direct the kite flying bombing H Henschel 293 against ship targets. Here, the joystick is used by an operator to drive the projectile toward its target. This joystick had on-off button and digital sensors. How it works is by cues that are emitted from the joystick to the projectile via radio.

   In 1960 the use of the joystick became widespread and progressed to the industry of aircraft radio-controlled modeling systems, such as the Kwik Fly, produced by Phil Kraft (1964). Kraft then channel ideas joystick to the computer industry and other users.

   In 1967 Ralph H. Baer, creator of the Magnavox televisions and video games. then created the first video game using an analog joystick, and two potentiometers to measure the position. And in the years 1985-1986 people are increasingly familiar with the term video game joystick via the then popular with Nintendo and sega games. with very rapid technological developments, the joystick was developed into a computer device (hardwere).

  This tool is generally used as:  
  •  Complementary to play a video game that has more than one button.
  •  To control the video game.
  • Lever control (joystick) is also widely implemented on other machines, such as in a motorized wheelchair and trucks.
  • To facilitate gamers in playing games.
